How we executed :
Setup cloud infrastructure to manage and host unorganized data built over 30 years and present in several formats across different departments in the organization. Digitized data capture(of both structured and unstructured(audio) data) and enhanced data quality monitoring using both off-the-shelf and custom-built field data collection products. Built data warehouse for analytics. Setup the analytics environment using Tableau and established internal processes for data-based decision making.
